Libraries Found Better Lighting

Many North Shore houses have libraries, but not all of them invite reading. Too often the room had become a formal passage lined with impressive books and insufficient light. In 2022, homeowners began making these spaces useful again. Lighting was the essential correction. Charging points appeared near seats, and speakers delivered music without turning shelves into equipment racks. The modern library accepted contemporary life while refusing to reorganize itself around devices. Books remained the architecture; technology behaved like a courteous guest. A library becomes luxurious when someone wants to stay in it. In 2022, better lighting and more human furniture returned the room to its purpose.
